I made a long feedback the other day about such horrible service and customer service the other day. I got a message back wanting to help me. I respond and was on messaging with Verizon today for 2 1/2 hours is wasted life because nothing was accomplished and it was only about my network extender we didn’t even talk about the other million and one problems. I went through 3 different people. It’s ridiculous service and customer service. No one knows what’s they’re doing but wasting time I don’t have. Beyond fed up!
