I am a new 5g home internet customer and I have talked to so many people in billing, tech support, activation, acp, etc. Nothing wrong, per say. Just needed help. 

  • I have never had such wonderful helpful service. They were so polite. Never talked over me. Patient while I was looking up account information, etc. And I could understand them all.
  • Not to come off sounding prejudice; but during most of the time my phone support, for any type of company, the representatives don't speak English well. That makes it very stressful.
  • I just wanted to say I hope these workers are paid well 🙂
