Customer service is the fraud

Been a customer for 25 yrs even though they tell me 17yrs when I call, already a fail.  I have spent well over 70,000 with this company in that span of time, always upgrading, always buying.  I added my fiance about 13 months ago and bought her a phone.  When I was there, I told them to set her phone up exactly like mine with the same extras, hot spots, ultimate best plans, and insurance.  Middle of Sept a year later, she steps on her phone bends and breaks it.  They tell me I am out and need to buy a new one.  I said, look at my account I have always had insurance on every devise for 25yrs, I wouldn't not do it and I requested it.  I suggested they use my insurance on my phone to satisfy me even though she broke a 14 I had a 13 but satisfied my need for a phone.  I was told to turn off my find my iphone until hers gets here to "trick" the system into thinking it was lost and I reluctantly did so.  My phone was lost/stolen a few days later at work and showed up missing five minutes after I had it.  If find my iphone was on, 100% believe it would have been found as I have an iwatch.  I decided to order a new phone when I found out it was 279.00 deductible because it was lost with the insurance over a 100 bucks if I had the phone still.  Phone was on backorder and it wouldn't come till late October. Four days after I ordered it, they sent a confirmation that no one said I would be getting  in my email, that I rarely look at.  I get texts to pay my bill from Verizon, when specials are available, ect.  No phone call, no text, they just cancelled my order.  I had to discover this four days before my phone was promised to be at my house.  I called Verizon and get a supervisor, he assures me my phone is now, on the way.  I get no text, no calls, no emails as I am looking for anything that confirms my order as now I am suspicious to their integrity and being told the truth.  I look at the status of my order and it still says cancelled the next day, even though I was told the supervisor corrected this.  I was working out at the time and super frustrated as to how I could be so lied to.  My backup phone falls out of my pocket as I am lifting and the screen  and camera get smashed by the dumbbell I was using.  Phone still worked for calls but the camera and FaceID  were inop.  I called Verizon after getting ready for work to find out my phone did not ship again even though a supervisor said otherwise.  I get to another supervisor, Joshua, who, quite honestly is the only reason I am not already a Tmobile customer.  He explains that now my account is under a "high fraud" level and we need to clear that up before another order can be made.  So, I get the fraud dept of failed customer service.  I am told that I need to use, and can only use my phone and take a picture of my drivers license to send them in a special link they send.  Mind you every time I talk to someone they are sending a link that gets me to them to allow them to talk to me!  However, as I said, camera is broken.  Frustration is at a high and insisting there has to be another way to do things, they say no.  Can't use another phone or email or use existing photo.  The only thing I can do is go to a location specific store and clear the identity issue.  After 3 plus hours on the phone I caved and drove an hour plus waited for an hour to be told my account was on full lock down and deemed fraud!  I am baffled and angry, there is zero fraud other than the customer service I was getting, called back again.  This time I finally got a fraud supervisor to help me and clears the fraud issue and says, you are good to get your new phone.  I asked very clearly and very skeptically are you sure?  He said yes.  I asked if the call was recorded so that this is documented, again, yes sir.  I ordered my phone for the third time, paid them money,  and got a confirmation email.  Felt this time I was taken care of.  Again, after every thing I was still not 100% and about an hour later I pull up my order and it went from accepted to pending.  It wants me to upload my ID!  I CAN NOT!  MY CAMERA IS BROKEN!  I call Verizon  and speak to another supervisor because they can't get me Joshua on the phone.  Explain what I see and he assures me again, my phone will be there no later than 12pm.  Ya all will be shocked...  IT DID NOT AND IT GOT FLAGGED FOR FRAUD AGAIN!!!!  I  can't believe how many times I was over promised, under delivered....  just straight lied to!  So this is my question to you all as customers, because I know I can't rely on Verizon and their faud customer service, would you stay with this company after every thing I went through?  They say I have 30 days and they say the phone will be here tomorrow.  I can still return it for that 30 days.  Tmobile offered me a iphone 16 pro max 256gig for me and my better half for the same price as I am paying for one phone with Verizon with about a 20 less a month bill.  I clearly am super loyal being here for 25yrs, but I just have a problem with lack of integrity and flat lying to appease me.  What would you do?
