Customer service is useless. Have contacted them multiple times with my issue. All you get is the same answer. Please wait 5-7 business days. Don't belive that if you're told to wait.
Customer service isn't a magic fix it button and more serious issues are resolved outside of Care. If something needs to take several business days, harassing that dept isn't going to change the outcome.
