Can anyone advise me on what to do with my carrier, Verizon? My network constantly freezes, interrupting my work, and I'm stuck in a three-year plan that I wasn't aware of until it was too late. It's been incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with their customer service. I've spent two hours on the phone just trying to add an account manager, and even after accepting the terms, it says it's unable to proceed. My experience with Verizon has been horrible, and I would strongly recommend sticking with your current provider. Are there any offers from other carriers that I can switch to? Please help!

Hi Anthonyhuante06, I'm sorry to hear of all your trouble between trying to get your account set up correctly and network concerns. Let's work to get solutions in place. To start with, are these the steps you're following to add an Account Manager? https://www.verizon.com/support/assign-account-manager-roles-faqs/#item5 What happens when do through those steps?
Can you please tell me more about your network concerns? When did this start? Is it happening everywhere you go? Can you please elaborate on "freezes"?

Can someone please contact me to discuss the issues I'm having with this service? It's frustrating that I'm paying for a service that consistently drops my calls and delays text messages, sometimes for an entire day. This has led to losing clients, which is incredibly disappointing. I believe the commercials for Verizon are misleading and there are hidden fees that aren't transparent. I'm certain I'm not the only one experiencing these issues and I wish there was a class-action lawsuit to address these problems. If anyone is suing Verizon, add me! Contact me
