I'm really sorry I ever signed up for verizon wireless. I have multiple devices and accounts for my cell phone. I've had the same problem. I have someone unauthorized in my account changing settings and controlling my devices. I have spoken with tier 2 support several times and still no fix . Just today (again) they looked at my device via screen sharing and said it was definitely something going on and told me that they were going to escalate to the Software department. I was also told that I would receive a message containing confirmation number and didn't. Whoever is in my devices are using verizon network I never put my cellphone on wifi can someone from corporate please help or do I need to get an attorney
