So far Two consecutive days trying to change my plan that increased by $20 ( $ 5 per line ) for no apparent reason
texting with reps trying to understand the reason why the statement went up
they kept bounce me from one agent to another total of 8 over two day
with no result either get discounts or ignoring
you for hours I even call the customer service and that was a living nightmare
the sad part I been loyal customer for the past 20 years when you called customer service the issue was solved by the end of the call
now I know why so many people leaving high cost plus awful customer service .
