I recently had to put my Sim card into another device (tablet) However, afterI reinserted the SIM card into my Iphone X and even went through the steps of reactivating the device, I have had NO mobile data connection whatsoever. I can receive and make calls/text but not use apps or web browser. 4G is grayed out as well. I have rebooted, removed/inserted SIM again, all the info for IMEI ICCD is there, airplane mode not on, mobile data switched off and on again. Absolutely nothing I do works. I think somehow the APN got overwritten on the SIMcard. Can Verizon fix this? What do I do...spent 4 hours with technical support. No help yet.
