Data in second line being added to first line then charged to second line's usage

My son emailed me earlier today and stated that the system was showing his usage at 943MB and that he always used wi-fi at home and there was no way he could have used that much in five days.

When I downloaded the spreadsheets it indicated that *ONLY* 85MB had been used. The bracket dates were inclusive of the start of the current period and todays current time and date.

My usage was a good bit higher because I had to patch a PC at work. It was 921MB

The data graph is reporting that we have used 1.865 GB of our 3GB plan which is suspiciously close to adding my son's data graph usage and my data graph usage.  943 MB plus 921 MB equals 1864 MB

However, the spreadsheet totals quite a different number 943 MB plus 85 MB equals 1028 MB

I was told that it is very hard to get firm numbers inside of a billing cycle.

Then of what use is the ability to download the usage spreadsheets!?

We've never *seen* a problem like this before. Is it some weird way to coerce us into raising our data plan?

IMHO the Data Graph and the Spreadsheet should match. Period!

Please fix this issue.

It is not unusual for the data details to lag, and the total data is more up to date.   It usually is caught up by next morning, but I have occasionally seen a few days For details to report.   Check tomorrow and see if the details have updated.

Having kids, yes it is very easy for them to use a gig and claim they hardly did anything.  1 hr or less of HD video.
