Data speeds very slow

Hello. Over the last few months , the data speeds have been very slow. Even on 5G / 5G uw. My account has unlimited “premium” data, so there should be no throttling. Hotspot is VERY slow. At times, I have no data service at all, even though I have 3-4 bars. And 5G uw keeps switching from uw to standard 5G and it’s unusable. The phone support reps are useless. How many times do I have to reset my network settings and restarting the phone? That’s literally all the super reps tell me to do and it’s getting old.
