When I click my data usage say for instance messages says 325 I click it I can only see 10 or 20 then there’s nothing anyone care to explain I’m confused
Louisiana318 We definitely want to provide information on your question regarding your usage. It can take some time for usage to update on the My Verizon account. There are also pages as we show 10-15 items at a time. Check the bottom of the screen for page numbers. ~Peter
