Hi Dmoney0823, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are you noticing these issues consistently in the same areas at specific times or is it consistent no matter the time of day? Any of these areas happen to be at your residence or property you own? -Red

Hi, the CS reps who post in these forums are outsourced and don't work directly for Verizon.  They have pretty limited access to anything within the company, so I doubt that your request will get sent to whatever engineering team is responsible for dead zone network problems.  If there are spots which always have lousy service, it is on Verizon's side and not with your devices.  The only things you can do about it are:

-Contact your local elected representatives to see if there are any regulations preventing addition of more cell phone towers in your neighborhood.  If none, see if they will present a bill to have more mobile network resources added.

-If you have cable internet service, you can buy a 4G LTE network extender from Verizon, which works like a mini cell phone tower.

-Invest in a 3rd party signal booster system compatible with Verizon so the weak cellular signal is amplified.

-Use WiFi and WiFi Calling

-Switch carriers to someone who works better
