I've been dealing with a lock on my service because of a botched order for 3 days now. When I can get through to Verizon, which is next to never, they can't help me. They just pass me off to Apple. Why is it so difficult to actually talk to a rep? When you call, you have to jump through the digital assistant hoops before you can even be put on endless hold. It's a telecommunications company. Why is it so difficult to staff people during a pandemic? It's not like they can't, you know, telecommute!
