I am Verizon customer since 2019( Fios ).
Verizon wireless customer since 2021.
When I join Verizon Mobile with 2(Two) lines they provide me 2 gift card- $500 worth of $1000 total.
In website they promote
Trade in and save $830, which they will provide in 36weeks.
2023 - November I purchase iPhone with both Gift - card.
Product price $1199 + tax + one time activation = Total $1309.08
I paid by 2 Gift card ( $500 + $500) + $309.08 from my Credit Card.
Next, Morning I got charge $809.08 on my credit card.
Called at Verizon Customer Care , They inform we process only One Gift Card . Also, you not going to get Trade in $830.
Verizon charge on Credit cart without knowing me.
With out my concern.
If Verizon taking multiple Verizon Gift card details, Verizon must process all Verizon Gift Card and if not they should inform on the Site.
If Verizon want to process One Gift card for one purchase why they giving chance to put multiple card.
Verizon must stop such activity.
