Declining Call/Data coverage

I have been a customer since 2004 and have noticed in the last two years that the coverage has declined. I used to be able to use data when indoors and make phone calls. Now I barely get a bar and yes I have tried all of the "tricks" update phone, use -wi-fi, stand on a table and hold the phone to the sky. However I used to have no problems even in my work place which is a brick building with no windows. My friends with other carriers have no issues.  I am in the 89166 and 89115 area codes. Like I said I used to have great coverage with no dropped calls or data issues.
