Add another frustrated Verizon customer to the list of poor cell coverage. I live in a state with a lot of mountains and spend considerable amount of time in them. The reason I got Verizon in the first place (even though they are insanely expensive) was their great coverage in many of the mountain areas. I used to have service when my friends with T-Mobile and AT&T had nothing. Now, it is reversed. Places I used to have LTE and 2-3 bars, all I get is SOS and my friends with T-Mobile and AT&T have service. Why has this happened? Doesn't seem like a rare occurrence but becoming the norm for Verizon customers. Might have to be switching service providers if things don't get better.
