I have spent hours on call with support over the past one  sorting this out but nothing has worked out. Here is a history:

  1. I had a Gizmo watch that worked fine for months, it stopped working one day
  2. I called support, who sent me a replacement watch which did not work. Second replacement didnt work. Third one worked.
  3. Third replacement stopped working in less than a week. Fourth replacement arrived, did not work.
  4. At this point I decided to move to an Apple watch. I did not want to pay for a non working watch but I no choice. 
  5. At this point, I should have zero gizmo watches on my account. But I see 2 watches, which I have tried to take off my account. One of the reps told me that they will call me with their supervisor, gave a date and time but the call never came.

Question to the community: Is there any way you know where to escalate these issues?
