I’m wanting to upgrade my phones on my account, I have tried to do it online but when I get to the end instead of giving me an option for the device payment plan it wants me to pay full retail. What could be the problem?

Upgrading is always an exciting time! When you start the order did you select the option to purchase the phone with Device Payments?

I never actually saw that option. I’ve been trying to do it on the app, does that make a difference?
