When I go into Verizon store I’m listed as the account owner and my boyfriend’s phone is under my line and he pays the bill with his debit card. But in the my Verizon app he’s listed as the owner and I’m listed as account manager. What do I do to put me as the account owner through the app as well???
Thank you for reaching out for clarification on account ownership in the account versus the app/website. The true owner of the account is always going to be who set up the actual account and had their credentials and credit checked. As for the online account access, the Account Owner title will fall to who set up the online account.
