So I set up split payments, auto payments. I paid the last payment on the 29th, was still in the current billing month. My service never disconnected and was hit with 200$ in reconnect fees. Like 20$ for an Apple Watch is like 3 months of Apple Watch service. So the rep says “ we will credit you half the reconnect fees” 70$. So 70 + 70 is 140 not 200$. By time he figures it out, so did I……the was a whole unexplainable random $53.00 charge he was not acknowledging. This is terrible, like what happened to a late charge? And if those were legitimate charges, my payment for my normal phone bill wouldn’t have satisfied to reconnect. So how are my phones on, the hit me with disconnect fees after I paid, when never disconnected. And had agreement to pay
