Verizon has been nothing but a headache spotty service since June. Can’t use at my own house without Wi-Fi and I’m 3 miles from the Verizon tower. 5g mobile service. Nonexistent for Verizon customers in my area. And no hope of it in the near future. AT&T, T Mobile they Al have 5g available. Dec 2 I talked to Verizon customer service and asked regarding 5g in my area I was told by the end of the year and I clearified end of the month. Was told yes. After talking to Verizon today. It was clear the last Verizon customer service I talked to had lied to shut the customer up. This isn’t the first time in the last 6 months that Verizon blew smoke up my as. The most expensive cellular plans. Terrible customer service. Will be filing a formal complaint with BBB. Just wanna say I don’t recommend Verizon to anyone I’ll probably end up following suit and shutting off my lines and switching to AT&T . Plans are Cheaper service is better. Did I mention they have 5g.
