If you are thinking about switching to Verizon don't bother! They are only good to you when you are coming from a different carrier. When your once you sign the contract they are totally different. They offer nothing to the person under contract because they don't have to! They also lie about their coverage! So don't waste you time with this company! I WILL BE SWITCHING ASAP!!!!!
Just make sure you return the phone and cancel the service within the 14 days. or you will be paying an early termination fee.
Also the carriers have maps that show coverage, you as a consumer should do your homework before you purchase cellular service or for any major purchase. it is good business sense

I agree. I will be switching in a few days. T-Mobile is much better. Good coverage, too! Anything but verizon.
