I had $763.53 taken out of my bank account for a phone i traded in that the warehouse didn’t log in so they charged me. I have the tracking number and they acknowledged they had it and said they would refund my money to my bank account and that was two weeks ago. I’ve spent hours over 8 phone calls being lied to over and over about my refund being in the mail. I started arbitration and had some things fixed but they’ll only credit my account for $606 and change. I don’t want credit I want my money returned to me. I’ve been a customer for 8 years and I will never be a Verizon customer once I’m done with this contract.
