Help! We moved into a new house and Verizon seems to drop almost every call in my house. We have major dead zones. I called Verizon and they sent me a 4G extender and it only helps in one room. They said it was the internet provider who said it was them. We live in a large city, so it’s not the area. When I last called Verizon - I was directed to a person who worked for “assension” who tried to upsell me to get a Verizon rep out to the house. When I questioned her, she hung up. My internet works fine. I’ve gone through trouble shooting levels 1,2 and 3. I don’t know what else to do. HELP!
