Just spent an hour on and off my phone trying to resolve my dropped calls due to connectivity issues. I did find out Verizon had my previous address from 15 months ago and was using that tower! I physically changed the address once I moved but apparently per Joy the rep "there are many #'s that need to be updated". How would one know that??????? Then I was sent a link to update my address. The link did NOT work. Joy said she would call me back in 5 min. She did not. I am missing important calls from family in both NC and Florida right now, the hardest hit areas due to the hurricanes. I have had a potential employer tell me I needed a solid reliable phone to communicate since this was a remote position that required the ability to make phone calls!! At my wits end and considering switching to a different provider!

This is the section for TV help, not phone. Hopefully someone can move this to the right forum.
