What’s happening? We have been dropping more and more calls. Never had this problem until this year. 25 + years with Verizon. Thinking of changing service.
I've been with Verizon for over 13 years and bragged about the stellar cell signals since day one. Now I can't keep more than 2-3 bars. My calls are constantly dropping and wifi calling seems to make matters worse. I actually upgraded my handset because I believed that possibly it was outdated and that was causing my issues...nope, brand new note 10+ (LTE not 5G) same call dropping issues. I'm self-employed and it's so bad that I had to subscribe to a voip service to manage my business calls from home because Verizon is failing to be reliable. smh.
