I am having an issue with SMS and MS emails not being sent out to Verizon phones from a Building Management System. All normal emails send out correctly and I am also able to send out texts to AT&T phones, but using either @VTEXT.com and @vzwpix.com do not work.
Looking through past threads I am not seeing too many helpful remedies to the situation and could use some help. All emails from the BMS are sent through an SMTP server.
Hello, being on top of your emails is vital, especially if you are having issues sending them out. When did the issue start (did it ever work)? What recent changes have you made?
Working for me fine from both. Make sure you are using the full 10 digit phone number with no spaces or anything.
