When I canceled my services and switched wireless carriers, a tablet on my line was not canceled and the price increased and was charged for a number of months before it was noticed (was a similar charge to my Fios home internet charge so didn’t look amiss). I’ve tried talking to both the phone help and the social media help people, but they either say they’ll call back and don’t, or stop responding.
Is there somewhere I can register a formal complaint to, prior to going to my local consumer protection agency?
