I need a Customer Care Manager to contact me immediately regarding numerous failed attempts at resolving and escalating billing issues related to my new account. This has been an absurd process and a monumental waste of time attempting to resolve issues caused by Verizon's online Sales and Promotion Team.

I know how frustrated I would feel if I were having continued billing issues after starting a new service, 1bigjoek.
