Does any one knows how can i get someone to help me i bought an upgrade phone samsung  galaxy s20 fe from verizon online back in November 2020  and until now january 2021 verizon personal has not been able to activate my upgrade. I already pay the first month on the phone but i still have not been able to use it. I dont think is fair.
