Enthusiast - Level 1

These past 4-5 weeks for me with Verizon after attempting to upgrade my lines have been a NIGHTMARE! We have had everything from unauthorized lines added to our account, big problems activating new phones and now billing issues. I’m so fed up with the handling of our issues by their customer service. The chat system is AWFUL, super slow and ineffective! I’m at a loss how to get back on track. Tired of spending hours on hold!
