FL Poor to NO service (Hernando Co)

When we first moved from Nextel (yes it’s been that long, walkie talkie phones people) to VZ we had great service in our small town in FL (zip 34601). Over the last 2 years service has gone from poor to nothing when you’re in downtown & on the major roadways.  We’ve always had iPhones, currently I’m on the 14ProMax. 
How do I report this poor coverage?
