I recently chatted with a representative online to see which upgrade offers I had available on my account. They told me there was a deal to trade in a phone and upgrade to iPhone SE with a $150 credit. I completed the upgrade and trade in but never received the credit. I called customer service and was on the phone for >2 hours. Apparently they were unable to find this offer, even though I have copies of the chat transcript showing the discussion with the representative. They said I must not have followed some term and condition, although again they can't show me the actual terms and conditions. They are refusing to give me the $150 credit even though I have been a customer with them for over 15 years.
Anyone else have issues with Verizon not honoring what they originally stated or is it just me? I will be filing with FCC and possibly BBB but just curious on others experiences.
