False Promises---Poor follow up --poor service --for 20+ year customer

I have had problems in my area for years with  coverage and finally about 3 months ago Verizon sent me a network extender.  This worked great for about 2 months and then I started to get SOS signal and no service in my home.  I have spent 7 hours on the phone with inadequate people that tell you  one thing and do something different.  I am on my second extender and Tuesday 11/14/23 continued to get a error when I tried to set up---After about an hour with "Billy" who I had difficulty trying to even understand we could not fix.  She said she would send me another network extender "overnight mail"---I advised her that last week they told me they would send me a "sim" card overnight mail by UPS and I received sim card 4 days later --it was sent 2 day by Fed EX--I also mentioned it is 5:15 pm will the item be able to ship today--she assured me it would and provided me a confirmation number.  She also said she would have a technician come to the house today (11/17/23) at 2:30 pm to help set up the new extender and troubleshoot--It is 3:10 pm and I have not seen or heard from the technician or anyone from Verizon.  I work from home and this makes things very difficult.  Although its a pain I am on the verge of switching my 4 phones to another carrier in the area.  Finally "Billy" said she would call me Friday afternoon to confirm everything is working and make sure I am satisfied---I told her I hope she does but I am still waiting for the guy I spoke with Friday evening Nov 3, 2023 and he said he would call me back in an hour.  I told her I hope she doe but not going to hold my breath.

Extremely disappointing but it appears that Verizon doesn't care about its 20 year customers !!!
