Fantastic Customer Service

My mother who is 84 was having issues with her phone, upon arriving at the White Marsh Avenue location, Damien approached us and addressed my mother with great respect.  Damien took extra time going over her phone, realized the problem, quickly fixed the issue.  Spoke to my mother about plans that may be better for her than she currently had. 

In these times when all you hear is so much negative , I did not want to miss taking the opportunity to reward Damien with the true outstanding recommendation.  Not only a great Verizon representative , but more a wonderful young man, Verizon should be proud of the wonderful work ethic you have.
