I fell behind on my due to having Covid and not working for some months reached out to financial services explaining why my bill is behind they do not care that I almost died all they are concerned about is the money very poor customer Service from the representatives to the management. They do not take customer problems into consideration especially long time customers. They have no sympathy at all I never experienced horrible treatment from Verizon until now
