I had a horrible experience with an underequipped chat agent around 7:30pm (central time) 01/23/2024. I normally get an email asking me to review the chat afterward but I didn't receive one this time, surprise surprise.
The agent knew I was upset with them. They need to be re-trained or let go. It would take her well over 10+ minutes between messages to get back to me. I had to keep asking her "are you getting my messages" to get confirmation I was even being acknowledged. She'd also ask questions that I had JUST answered and she was making me more infuriated than before the conversation. Horrible customer service.
