So apparently it doesnt really matter on tenure or other devices that have been finaced over the years on your account. I tried upgrading my phone with a trade in over the weekend but decided to wait till the the beginning of the week. Well when I went back to upgrade and make a new cart the final due amount wasnt the sales tax and upgrade fee liek before but a deposit for almost half the cost if the phone. What gives? Ive had to make late payments on my account but have always made sure the entirety is paid. You get notifications and advertisements about the new devices out and Promotions you qualify for just to be hoodwinked at the end. In literally a days time Verizon decided to supoosedly run a soft credit check and lower my spend limit. This just seems like an unfair thing ti do especially during the holiday season.
