Please fire the web developers, or the QC team (if there is one?). This website has no functionality. I have *literally* been unable to complete a single task on here without having to contact help. It took 2 HOURS to purchase a phone using the pormotion I was offered, because I couldn't check out on the website with the promotion price. On their end, their computers didn't recognize that CO or NM were states until the rebooted their system? One address they were unable to find at all (had to ship my phone to my parents). This is just one of the many issues I have had to call or chat them about. The website is not intuitive imo. It feels like some 75yr old man who doesn't know how to open a pdf is the head developer. Pathetic from a "tech company".
