I signed up for new phone service in November 2022, and asked about the 55+ unlimited senior plan as I live in Florida. The rep ported my phone and said that we could do that after I was set up with Verizon service. My husband just retired, and I added his line to my plan, and asked again about the 55+ plan because we are both seniors. The response that I received was the plan has to be offered to you - you can't sign up for it.
I don't understand how Verizon can advertise this as a plan and not offer it to 55+ seniors in Florida.
Has anyone else resolved this issue?
