Dear Verizon Wireless Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the handling of my account and billing concerns by Verizon Wireless. As a customer of over 10 years, I have always valued the services provided by Verizon, but recent experiences have left me profoundly disappointed and compelled to seek resolution.

In early October, I made the  decision to terminate all my accounts with Verizon Wireless due to ongoing issues with customer service and billing discrepancies. Prior to closing my accounts, I took the necessary steps to ensure that all outstanding balances were settled. During a phone call with one of your representatives, I explicitly confirmed and was assured that there were no outstanding balances remaining on my account. However, to my dismay, I have since received multiple bills claiming that I owe $800.

Since then, I have invested significant time and effort into resolving this matter by reaching out to Verizon Wireless customer service on numerous occasions. Regrettably, these interactions have proven to be unfruitful and exceedingly frustrating. Despite spending over seven hours on the phone with customer service representatives, the issue remains unresolved. Promises of callbacks from supervisors have been made, yet none have been fulfilled.

Furthermore, I have diligently provided evidence of payments made to Verizon Wireless, including bank statements clearly illustrating transactions corresponding to payments. Despite this, Verizon Wireless has failed to acknowledge or properly investigate these payments. Additionally, I was informed that one of the payments I made was credited back to me, yet no such credit is reflected in my bank statements.

I have cooperated fully with Verizon Wireless in their attempts to resolve this issue, including participating in payment investigations multiple times. However, these investigations have repeatedly failed to yield a resolution, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and frustration.

At this juncture, I am at a loss as to how to proceed. I have fulfilled my obligations as a customer by making timely payments and providing necessary documentation, yet I continue to face unwarranted charges and unresolved billing discrepancies.

I urge Verizon Wireless to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a satisfactory resolution. I request a thorough review of my account history, transparent communication regarding the findings, and prompt correction of any errors on the part of Verizon Wireless. Additionally, I expect appropriate compensation for the time, effort, and inconvenience incurred as a result of this ordeal.

Failure to address this matter in a timely and satisfactory manner will leave me with no choice but to explore alternative avenues for resolving this dispute, including seeking assistance from regulatory authorities and legal counsel.
