Verizon’s HR department needs to do some digging with the returns center ASAP! Its some stealing going on, or yall have some of the laziest employees ever! I returned my device in August, UPS shows its delivered a d was received by someone name Long. Why is it Sept and I’m still fighting for a credit of 265, for a device I already returned. And this is not the first time this happened.. look at Google Reviews… same situation to different people.
I am having an issue as well! I returned a set of headphones and the return center is this exact place (Fort Worth, TX) My package was delivered. Verizon has yet to refund me and its been since Sep. 2024 that they said they were processing my refund. I returned my item back in March 2024.
