Verizon is notorious for fake charges, then offer 1/2 credit back of the fake charge. Can you explain why you charged me every month for an international plan since I got home May 2nd 2022? In June I called to have this credited and removed. Yes it was credited for the month, but the Intl plan was never removed. On Auto pay, I failed to notice the multiple months VERIZON FAILED to REMOVE the Intl Plan. ZERO DATA USED - ZERO TEXTS USED - ZERO CALLS made from this Intl Plan you refuse to removed from May1 until now. YOUR FAILURE is costing me money! Why??? It's now Sep 8th and I see that I have Hundreds in fraud charges by Verizon.

 

YES THIS IS FRAUD IF YOU FAIL TO REMOVE THIS PLAN, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!
