Fraud dept

I’ve been with Verizon for 11 years, have 5 lines and pay my bill faithfully.  I tried to upgrade my daughter’s phone because it is broken,  and they told me that my account has a “fraud”  alert and my account is frozen. They won’t tell me why or how to resolve it.  My credit is excellent and my Experian credit checker shows no red flags. I’ve spoken to multiple people from the fraud department and they repeat the same response… “It is our policy that we cannot release any information at this time “….  So now what? I’ve never seen a company that gives absolutely no resolution. They seem to not care if I pull all five lines and take my business elsewhere. Any suggestions?
