I hit the promo for the free 75 in tv and the 300 gift card for me customer.. to be sure I even called them to make sure my promotion.. they guaranteed it on the phone on the recorded line that I will be getting my tv and 300 gift card.. then they switched my promo for the free phone. I did not want a free phone the reason for me joining verizon was for the 75 in tv and gift card.. to be honest it was all on a recorded line and they looked it up and said yes my promo was good. I'm about fed up

Just look at it.. listen to the phone calls. I specifically called and said it to them that I didn't want 60 days from now when I'm supposed to get my tv that you guys were gonna pull this..sure enough you guys did..i knew it..I SWEAR I KNEW IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.. you guys got me and I'm not stepping down from this.. you guys went through my promotion the day I hit my phone over the phone on a recorded line and. And specifically said yes that my promotion is good.. that i didn't see the tv email because I don't get it for 60 days.. when I get it to fill it out and I'll get my tv..I went over this and THAT'S THE DAM PROMO I HAD.. you guys even said that.. now a month late it's changed to a free phone..I don't want a free phone i can pay for my phone monthly.. that's originally what I was being charged for now that you guys screwed up my promo you had no choice but to change it to a free phone so I don't Pati for it monthly.. I'm telling you right now.. you guys won't win that battle..i will sue for taking advantage of me.. that was THE ONLY REASON I JOINED YOU.. was for the 75 in tv and the 300 gift card..I was gonna put the tv my sons room.. your gonna lose 10 thousands tv by the time I'm done with you guys if I don't get my tv.. might be easier now to keep my promo the way it is and still send my tv for free now because i better get my tv

I even sent in an emails phone calls everything to make sure you guys didn't screw me because i had a bad feeling since day one after don't it.

I'm having the same issue. If I upgraded I got to pick, a device credit or the free 75inch TV. I picked the TV! I called cause I never received a confirmation email about the tv. When my new phone got delivered they didn't take the old device. I called and 3 different employees said I qualified for it. Now I'm being told I picked the free device. I picked a lavender phone. A smokey colored one was delivered. I didn't think anything about it. Must have been a mix up its fine I have a case on it any way. Turns out at the very end of my check out the system decided I wanted the free device option or something. I've spent hours on the phone regarding this promotion. I'm on the phone currently trying to get the promotion. 1hr and 17 minutes in.
P.S.
I new it was going to be bad news when I googled the promotion and saw so many complaints about the same issue I'm experiencing.

Doesnโt surprise me at all! Did a special event early upgrade, never got my labels to return the devices, tried to drop them at a store, wouldnโt take them because they werenโt a corporate store. Found a corporate store, dropped them off in October, lo and behold, Iโm being charged for them because store never returned them! Customer service is useless, had to go to store, and they are more useless, and downright disrespectful, and guess what?! Phones are nowhere to be found!
