I submitted a Galaxy S9 for trade-in for an estimated trade-in value of $439.99, and it initially said:
11/17/2020 Device received. Expected device matches received device.
But then when Verizon issued my credit on 11/30, it claimed that it received a Galaxy S5, and gave me a final trade-in value of $0.
So they claimed they received the S9 initially, but then it was changed to an S5? What's going on?

I've heard of many cases like yours. Call 611 and ask for a manager. Hopefully they can resolve your case. - - If you received a notice that said the device they received matched what they expected to receive, it seems totally wrong that subsequently they would tell you something entirely different later on.

Let's make sure you get your full value for your device. Let's head right in to take a quick look. Please send us a Private Note and we can look at trade in to figure out what happened to your full value.
