Hi, has anyone else had issues with using carrier payment on Google Play? I am unable to make purchases. Google is blaming my carrier for this problem. I have used this monthly in the past for any where between $10 & $20.

This started after Android 11 update which coincided with the Google Pay update.

I've reviewed the issues with why this may not be working and none of them apply.
