Thank you to Colton, a customer service representative. at the Verizon Roseville MN store. I lost my phone and made an appt for 5pm 7/26 at the store. Colton pulled up my account info and realized that I had insurance on the phone. He helped me work with Asurion and order a replacement phone which arrived the next day between noon and 1pm. I took the phone back to Verizon Roseville MN at 3pm on Saturday where Colton helped me activate the phone and download all my data/photos/music/apps from the cloud. When I left the store I felt so relieved. I was back in business as though I had never lost the phone (just a few apps to refresh but that is minor in the scheme of things). Colton was so patient through this process which was super helpful. I also wanted to mention that the store managers for Friday and Saturday were also very helpful. Thank you Colton! Thanks Verizon!!

I'm assuming Colton or the store manager(s) also told you there are service charges for data transfer and device setup which will appear on your next bill, but considering how losing a phone is pretty stressful, probably worth the cost of getting someone else to handle some of the process of getting everything put back to the way it was after such an event. Thanks for sharing your story and I sure hope Colton and the store managers get some kudos for a job well done!
