My device is now paid off. Verizon is still charging me for it. Why am I not surprised. I will address that separately. The good news is I can now shop for a service that either

A) actually works in my area

B) provides the same abysmal coverage and is much cheaper.

OPPORTUNITIES ABOUND!!!

Incredibly  jealous you get to move on lol!  We are also patiently waiting to pay off ours and drop this company that we have had for 20 years.   It is now Incredibly expensive for worsening coverage
