It all started when I purchased a new phone back in June. The kid at the kiosk made so many mistakes with my account (I have been with Verizon wireless for 10 years plus) After numerous phone calls and no solutions, late fees and service interruptions The nightmare continues with no resolution. A "manager" named Worley lied and said he would resolve all the mistakes made on my account an assured me he would take care of it. NOTHING WAS RESOLVED MY SERVICE WAS DISCONNECTED. The next gentleman I spoke to named David was very helpful although I did not receive a phone call back from him, as promised, he stated that my situation Was in the hands of this Worley ( never called me back and never received the proper packaging he promised to send my device back) he really couldn't do anything unless this Worley released the existing complaint. My account has always been in good standing and this nightmare continues with all the disconnection fees that have accrued, I did not receive a proper credit for my device when I sent it back since they sent back to me!!! I am at my wits end with Verizon wireless and it's horrible customer service!!!

This manager Worley, how did you reach him, store or phone? Has he reached back out to you? What are your current unsolved issues?
